Court Date

So for our VERY exciting news!!! We just had a court date in which all parental rights were terminated! So legally no one can come forward to claim our little girl! This is one step closer to the finalization which will happen in a couple of weeks hopefully. I didn't mention anything because we had to jump through some hoops with her birth father since he can't be located. So until the judge said it was complete and both birth parents done we didn't want to say anything. Needless to say we have an AWESOME lawyer and we have legal custody until we can change her name and finalize.
