I had some ruffle fabric from a skirt that I made for Tiana a couple years ago. When she outgrew the skirt I pulled it aside knowing that I would just use the fabric again. I came up with this skirt for photos in the orchard. I love the way it turned out. I just totally winged it and at first I wasn't sure how well I liked it. However, seeing it on her a couple times has made me decide that I really do love it!
