Sewing for Summer

I completed 2 more summer dresses for Tiana today! These were easy ones that I really don't know why I have taken so long to try. I got two t-shirts from Old Navy, cut them off below the arms and sewed on some knit that I found. I am in LOVE with knit fabrics. It is so hard to find cute prints so I get them when I see them. Hobby Lobby has oh so many beautiful coordinating prints. I will have to get a few for next winter to go on the bottom of a long sleeve shirt. These turned out so cute and comfy. She loves them.
Close up of the flower detail. This probably took me as long as sewing the entire dress together!

I wasn't going to add anything to the top of this one until my Mom suggested buttons. It sure dresses it up and wow did it sure impressed Tiana!

Fun Fun! My next round of sewing needs to be all cut out so that is what I will be doing for the next few days.

These are so cute! We have a Hobby Lobby in SLC, so that's on my list for next week. You're really quite the seamstress these days!
